Buffalo’s entrepreneurial ecosystem was on full display as Intersect Buffalo celebrated the graduation of its latest IC Success cohort during the Spring 2026 Final Pitch & Graduation at Northland Workforce Training Center.
The evening brought together entrepreneurs, community leaders, supporters, and business advocates to celebrate the accomplishments of local business owners who spent weeks strengthening their businesses through the IC Success program. Designed to equip entrepreneurs with practical tools, mentorship, business planning strategies, and a supportive network, IC Success continues to serve as a catalyst for business growth throughout Buffalo.
Throughout the evening, graduates took the stage to share their businesses, their journeys, and the lessons learned during the program. From service-based businesses to community-focused enterprises, each entrepreneur demonstrated the innovation, resilience, and determination that define Buffalo’s small business community.
A highlight of the event was the highly anticipated pitch competition, where entrepreneurs presented their businesses before a panel of judges for an opportunity to secure funding to help fuel their next stage of growth.
Congratulations to our 2026 Pitch Competition winners:
Congratulations to our seed funding recipients:
$5,000 – The Natural Hustle Entertainment
$3,000 – My Legacy Creations
$2,000 – The Black Lab
Their presentations showcased not only strong business concepts but also a commitment to creating impact within the communities they serve.
While the competition recognized several outstanding entrepreneurs, the true success of the evening was found in every graduate who completed the program. Each participant invested time, energy, and effort into refining their vision and building a stronger foundation for future success.
The celebration also marked an exciting next chapter for Intersect Buffalo’s entrepreneurship programming. Through a new partnership with Equity Now, the organization will soon launch the pilot of IC Success II, an advanced program designed to help graduates continue their business growth journey with additional resources, coaching, and strategic support.
As Intersect Buffalo continues its mission of creating pathways to economic opportunity, programs like IC Success remain at the heart of that work helping entrepreneurs access the knowledge, connections, and confidence needed to thrive.
Applications are now open for the next IC Success cohort. Entrepreneurs interested in growing their businesses, strengthening their operations, and joining a network of like-minded business owners are encouraged to apply.
The future of Buffalo’s entrepreneurial community is bright, and if Pitch Night proved anything, it’s that the next generation of business leaders is already here.
